quantity on a line rises, so you can see your own number before you speak to anyone rather than
negotiating for it:
- Under 300 pieces — sample and trial orders, at list price.
- 300 to 1,000 pieces — the usual first order.
- 1,000 to 2,000 pieces — standing salon supply.
- 2,000 to 5,000 pieces — distributor and export volume.
Across the catalogue the top tier works out at roughly 35% below list on a typical reference,
though the exact figure varies by product and is printed on each product page, where a
calculator converts your quantity into a line total. Tiers apply per SKU line according to the
quantity ordered on that line, not to the order as a whole. Prices are per unit in euro,
excluding VAT and freight.

Counterfeit and diverted professional haircare is a real problem in this market, so the
checks matter more than the claims:
